Moods.

For couples

Understand each other on the days it's hardest.

Moods. helps two people see each other's emotional patterns — grounded in what your body is actually doing, not just what you remember to write down.

In private testing. Not yet on the App Store.

How it works

It notices, then asks.

Log how you feel

A few taps, whenever you want. Your own words, your own pace, with room for a note if there's more to say.

Your body fills in the rest

With your permission, Moods. reads heart rate, sleep and recovery from Apple Health or your Oura ring, and learns what your ordinary looks like.

Patterns you'd both have missed

Over time it surfaces what actually moves you, and what the two of you look like together — the rhythms neither of you would have spotted alone.

Privacy

Built to hold less, not more.

Moods. is built by the same company that builds Ward, an infrastructure layer for emotional context. That shapes how this app treats what you tell it.

You can connect Moods. to other apps through Ward, and you decide which ones. When you do, they receive a coarse emotional state and nothing else — no email, no account identifier, no heart rate, no sleep data, nothing that could identify you.

Some states are never shared with other apps at all, whatever you have agreed to. The moments you would most want protecting are the moments you are least likely to be managing your settings.

A mood your body suggested is yours. Only one you state yourself is eligible to be shared, and only with apps you have chosen.

Where we are

Early, and honest about it.

Moods. is in private testing on iOS. It works, it is used daily, and it is not finished.

If you are testing it and something is wrong, tell us — that is the entire point of this phase.
